Hi Amanda, I'm Jen from Slim & Heathy Life (Jessica's cousin). Anyway, I didn't know how else to reach you. I would hardly consider myself an expert, but there are a few things that have been working for me. Protein and fiber are both quite filling, so if you eat enough of them, you don't feel as hungry. Be careful to up your fiber slowly though. You can eat more fiber by eating whole grains and FiberOne (or generic imitations) cereal, yogurt or granola bars. Protein can obviously be found in meat, but also in cottage cheese, yogurt, egg whites, etc. If you read food labels and keep track of your calories, even for a week, you can learn which foods are higher in calories. On my blog I gave some specific suggestions on April 15, 2009. Congratulations on your success so far! Good luck!
Rob and I have been married for ten years. We have three children. Our oldest son is seven, our daugther is five and our youngest son is nine months. We love Disneyland and going boating.
